At Tri-Lakes urology we strive to give personalized service, from the front desk to the Doctor. I will give you an honest answer to all of your questions including an opinion regarding medical information you may have picked up from the internet, TV, family, or friends.
If you need a major operation or procedure better suited for another facility, I will refer you there. I will ALMOST ALWAYS give you more than one choice of options for your specific medical problem, including the option of another Doctor (2nd opinion) if you so desire. Please do not be afraid to ask.
